Our time-tested workflow is designed to ensure your personal branding project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Step 1: Proposal
After gaining an understanding of your project requirements and goals, Jessica will work with you to solidify a budget and timeline. A 50% deposit is typically required before we begin any work, although this is often waived for regular clients.
Step 2: Professional Experience Inventory (PEI)
The next step is to have you fill out a proprietary, web-based Professional Experience Inventory (PEI). The PEI gathers all of the necessary information regarding your professional background, core competencies, and career goals. Clients report that the PEI takes between 30 to 60 minutes to complete. From there, your Personal Branding Partner will get to work and will have the first draft of your deliverables submitted to you within the agreed upon timeline, which is typically 10 days after completion of the PEI.
Step 3: Refinement
Your happiness is our number one goal, which is why we don't limit the number of revisions you can request. Once you see the first draft, we will work with you to promptly make any changes needed.
Step 4: Launch
It's the time we have been waiting for - Your personal branding material is ready to hit the streets! We will be there with you through every step of the way, in case you have any questions about the best practices for utilizing your personal branding material. Once you give us the okay, we will send you an invoice for the work, which will be due within 7 days.
